There are two kinds of rooms at Capon Springs and Farms, rooms with private bath, and rooms with a sink in the rooms and shared baths. The shared bath rooms are considerably less expensive. All rates are all-inclusive and per person. The rate includes all meals and snacks.
UPDATE: We have been advised that the resort has added an "historic preservation fee" of about 4% to the room rates. Please call them directly if you have any questions about this. These will finance upkeep and repair to the historic buildings. Something we can all applaud.
