"Room at the Inn" Policy
The best way to enjoy the 1860s Civilian Celebration is to get a "Room at the Inn".Capon Springs and Farms is a 'room and board' inn.  All room prices, discounted for attendees, are per person (like a cruise ship), and include three wonderful meals a day and snacks, as described on their website,  www.caponsprings.net.  Please call for reservations BEFORE registering for the event.  Their phone number is 304-874-3695.  Click here to check out the rooms, cottages and other accommodations.

Please note:  Capon Springs and Farms has a per person, all inclusive pricing, similar to cruises and other all inclusive resorts.  Our attendees receive a discount from the rate on the resort website, and there are further discounts based on the room you choose, and if three or more people stay in the same room. 

Note:  The resort has handicap accessible accommodations, and every effort will be made to ensure that all planned activities are in handicap accessible areas.

Workshops are subject to an instructor fee and a small charge for materials. 
Instructor fees are $15 for a 3 hour workshop, and $7.50 for a 1.5 hour workshop. 
Material costs range from $5 to $18.

**Walk-on Fee:  Subject to our 'room at the inn' policy, meaning availability of rooms at the resort, a walk on fee of $25, added to the price of regular registration will be available.  Please inquire at civiliancelebration@gmail.com


***The Ball includes three dance sets and lovely edibles in between the sets. Our dance callers are Tom and Lesley Mack .

​****Day Pass purchase must be accompanied by a Resort meal plan, priced at $50 a day.  Ball tickets are not included with the purchase of a day pass.
Classes
Classes are included in the registration fee, with a small charge for printing of handouts, to be collected by the instructor.  Fees are expected to be $5.
