RODNEY CRAWFORD
Rodney Crawford has always had strong interests in the Civil War history that began when his mother took him to Gettysburg when he was 10. He began avidly studying the topic about 10 years ago and volunteers with the Gettysburg Foundation at the George Spangler Farm and the Gettysburg National Military Park Visitor’s Center. In 2015, he and his wife, Mindy began Civil War dancing with the Fairfield Dancers near Gettysburg and attended their first Remembrance Day Ball. Since then, they dance whenever possible and attend living history events with the Civilians of Gettysburg. He just began military reenacting in 2017 with the 61st PVI.
